Below we provide information on the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 221 of the Labor Code in connection with art. 6 section 1 letter c of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and the General Data Protection Regulation in connection with joining the recruitment process, which we kindly request to read now:

The administrator of your personal data is the company “ASTOR” Marek Plewa based in Kowalewo, Lesna Street 2.  Your personal data will be processed for the purposes necessary to carry out the processing and resolving the recruitment process for the position you have selected, and if you consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes – also for the purpose of conducting and resolving future recruitment processes. The recipient of personal data (to the extent necessary), apart from the administrator, will be: authorized employees of the administrator taking part in the recruitment process, in the case of invitation to an interview and access to the administrator’s office – facility security staff, in the event of a decision to employ you – the implementing entity occupational medicine services.

Your personal data will be processed for up to 6 months from the conclusion of this recruitment process, and if you consent to the processing of personal data also for the purposes of future recruitment, up to 1 year from the conclusion of this recruitment process. If you are employed, your data will be processed for a period of 10/50 years, in accordance with applicable regulations.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data. At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data to the extent that goes beyond the content of art. 221 of the Labor Code and withdrawal of consent to participate in future recruitment processes. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process, because the administrator has the right to request information specified in Art. 221 of the Labor Code.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data:

Art. 221 of the Labor Code in connection with art. 6 section 1 letter c of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), and if you voluntarily provide other personal data and consent to participate in future recruitment processes – your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
