Complaint

Complaints may be submitted at the point of purchase of the goods in person or by e-mail.
• To submit a complaint, you need proof of purchase and a correctly completed warranty card.
• Complaints about mechanical damage will not be considered positively.
• The deadline for considering a complaint is 14 days from the date of reporting to the manufacturer by the complaint acceptance point.
• The customer will be informed about the deadline for settling the complaint by the reporting point.
• The attached warranty card for the sold consumer goods does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer’s rights resulting from the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.

The basis for filing a complaint is the proof of purchase and a correctly completed warranty card, valid for a period of 2 years.
