In accordance with applicable law, we may transfer your data to entities processing it on our behalf, e.g. subcontractors of our services and entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities – of course only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis.
Your personal data may be processed in order to accept a complaint, where it may then be transferred to entities such as warranty services, manufacturers, and other entities processing the complaint, who ensure the required level of protection of personal data against unauthorized disclosure;
Providing personal data is necessary to perform the contract concluded between the parties; the lack of data will prevent the proper performance of the contract (no possibility of issuing a personal VAT invoice, no possibility of fulfilling a complaint);
Necessity to provide personal data:
Providing any personal data is voluntary and depends on your decision. However, in some cases, providing specific personal data is necessary in order to use the service or to meet your expectations regarding the use of services provided by the Administrator or third parties (other Data Administrators or Data Processors).
Failure to provide personal data covered by the contract or resulting from the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator makes it impossible to conclude the contract.
You have the right to access your personal data and correct it. Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary. Rights of data subjects:
We kindly inform you that you have the right to: access your personal data, including obtaining a copy of the data; rectification of personal data; deletion of personal data; restrictions on the processing of personal data; object to the processing of personal data; transfer of personal data; not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
We would like to point out that the above-mentioned rights are not absolute, and therefore in some situations we may legally refuse to fulfill them. However, if we refuse to comply with the request, we will do so only after careful analysis and only in a situation when refusing to comply with the request is necessary.

In such a situation, after receiving your objection, we will stop processing for this purpose. This does not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Right to withdraw consent:
If the processing of personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time – at your discretion. The personal data storage period may be extended each time by the limitation period for claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for the Administrator to pursue any claims or defend against such claims. You have the right to access your data and the right to request its rectification, deletion or limitation of its processing, the right to transfer data or the right to withdraw consent at any time via the contact details provided to the Administrator.
Personal data processing period:
In accordance with applicable law, we process your personal data for the time necessary to achieve the designated goal. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly deleted or destroyed.
According to specific periods, we process personal data for the period:
a) until consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than 5 years – in relation to personal data processed on the basis of consent;
b) until an effective objection is raised or the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than 5 years – in relation to personal data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator or for marketing purposes;
c) until it becomes obsolete or becomes unusable, but no longer than 3 years – in relation to personal data processed mainly for analytical purposes, the use of cookies and website administration.
d) in relation to the pursuit or defense of claims – for the period of limitation of claims provided for in accordance with the provisions of law applicable to a given claim and the entity pursuing it.

The company uses cookies. The website uses cookies to: adapt the content of websites to your preferences and individual needs, including: selected website language, color, layout, content arrangement; anonymous website responsibility statistics are created, as well as the manner of using the website, which enables improvement of its structure and content. In order to administer the website, we process personal data such as: IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser, information about the operating system.
